Married for over 31 years to the former Elaine Becker. Marc Farris, Eric's and Elaine's son, graduated cum laude from Harvard Law School in May 2010. Marc is employed by Friedman, Kaplan, Seiler & Adelman, LLP. He has Served as a clerk to the Hon. Faith Hochberg, United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Marc now serves as a clerk to Hon. Patty Shwartz, United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Marc and his wife, Niki Gupta, MD., reside in New York City. Eric and Elaine's daughter, Tracey, graduated cum laude from Kenyon College in May 2010 and secured her Masters of Science in Education from Northwestern University in 2013. While at Kenyon, she was captain of the women's soccer team, chair of the campus social board and a member of student council. Tracey now teaches at a charter school in Austin, Texas where she resides with her husband, Justin Wiesenfeld.
