Oldest Published Appellate Decision for Founder J.D. Buckman Jr.

Geoghegan vs. Daugherty

Mr. Buckman represented a woman who was struck by an automobile when crossing the street. At issue on appeal was whether Mr. Buckman convinced the jury to award his client too much money. The appellate court agreed with Mr. Buckman and allowed the client to keep the money awarded. The opinion is a quick read and provides an interesting view back in time.
